El Cliente podrĆ” devolver o cambiar su artĆculo en un plazo mĆ”ximo de 14 dĆas a partir de la fecha de entrega. Los artĆculos deberĆ”n encontrarse en perfecto estado, intactos, sellados y completos, en las mismas condiciones en que fueron recibidos. DeberĆ” conservar tambiĆ©n el ticket de compra.

If you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, accept the order noting it as āpending inspectionā. On receipt you must state on the delivery note that it is pending inspection. Dudeco will replace the product or any damaged part.
It depends on the reason. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the exchange is free. If you simply change your mind or want a different colour or model, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
