Price Difference Guarantee

Buy now, without waiting for Black Friday. If a product you bought between 30 October and 26 November becomes cheaper on Black Friday, from 27 to 30 November, we refund the difference in money.

1. Period

The Price Difference Guarantee is valid for purchases made on dudeco.pt and dudeco.es between 00:00 on 30 October and 23:59 on 26 November 2026 (Dudeco Black Month). The price paid is compared with the price applied on Black Friday and Cyber Monday, between 00:00 on 27 November and 23:59 on 30 November 2026.

2. What we guarantee

If a product you bought during that period has, on Black Friday, a lower selling price than the one you paid, in the store where you bought it (dudeco.pt or dudeco.es), Dudeco refunds you the difference.

Example: in November you paid €80 for a chair. On Black Friday, the same chair has an extra discount and costs €70. We refund you €10.

3. Eligibility conditions

The difference is refunded to end consumers, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • the purchase was made in the dudeco.pt or dudeco.es online stores between 30 October and 26 November 2026 (purchases made on the marketplaces where Dudeco also sells do not count);
  • the Black Friday product is exactly the same: same model, colour, size and finish;
  • the comparison is made between the price paid per unit, already including campaign discounts, and the selling price of one unit advertised on Black Friday in the store where you bought it (dudeco.pt or dudeco.es), excluding shipping costs, points and coupons;
  • the order was not cancelled or returned;
  • the request is made between 27 November and 14 December 2026.

4. Products covered

The guarantee covers all products for sale on dudeco.pt and dudeco.es, except those listed in point 5. It applies to each unit purchased.

5. Exclusions

  • products that, on Black Friday, are sold out or unavailable for purchase on the website;
  • professional orders with their own conditions, for example from companies or the hospitality sector;
  • display or defective items, sold with their own discount;
  • obvious or typographical pricing errors.

6. How to request

Send the order number and the product concerned to geral@dudeco.pt. You do not need to send proof of the price: we check the Black Friday price in our records. We reply within 5 working days.

7. How we refund

Once the request is approved, the difference is refunded in money, within 14 days, using the payment method used for the purchase or, when this is not possible, by bank transfer. A corresponding credit note is issued.

8. General rules

  • The lowest price applied between 27 and 30 November counts. For this reason, requests received during Black Friday are processed from 1 December.
  • Each product in an order entitles you to a single price difference refund request.
  • If you return the product after receiving the difference, the refund corresponds to the amount paid minus the difference already refunded.
  • Dudeco may refuse requests that do not meet these conditions.
  • This guarantee does not replace or limit the consumer's legal rights, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
