The black metal base has a 360º swivel system that gives total freedom of movement. The rocking function allows a smooth motion and, with the manual lever, you can lock the armchair in the position you want. The matching footrest completes the set.

Is the footrest included?
Yes. The armchair and the matching footrest are sold together and cannot be purchased separately.
Does the armchair swivel?
Yes. It has 360º rotation and a rocking function, which you can lock with the manual lever.
How should I clean the fabric?
Use a slightly damp cloth with water and neutral soap, in gentle circular movements, and dry with a dry cloth. Do not use abrasive or chemical products such as bleach, acetone or solvents.
What weight does it support?
The Genoa armchair supports up to 120 kg.
Can I place it near a heat source?
It is not recommended. Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight, and protect the fabric from sharp or metallic objects.

- Una vez expedido el pedido, el cliente recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación, la entrega de los pedidos se realizará hasta 10 DÍAS hábiles después de expedido el pedido. Los pedidos se entregan de lunes a viernes, por la empresa de transporte seleccionada y disponible en el momento del pedido, a excepción de los días festivos locales o nacionales, en la dirección que el cliente indique al realizarlos. Una vez procesado el pedido, ya no es posible cambiar la dirección de entrega, así como los datos de facturación que indicó.
- Al pedido se le añadirán los gastos de envío. Los costes se calculan y se muestran en el momento del pedido de acuerdo con los tipos de productos seleccionados y las direcciones indicadas.
El Cliente podrá devolver o cambiar su artículo en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de entrega. Los artículos deberán encontrarse en perfecto estado, intactos, sellados y completos, en las mismas condiciones en que fueron recibidos. Deberá conservar también el ticket de compra.

No. Returns are only accepted with the product unused, in its original packaging and with the protections intact. Once used, the product is covered by the warranty instead of the returns policy.
If you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, accept the order noting it as “pending inspection”. On receipt you must state on the delivery note that it is pending inspection. Dudeco will replace the product or any damaged part.
It depends on the reason. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the exchange is free. If you simply change your mind or want a different colour or model, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
