- Una vez expedido el pedido, el cliente recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación, la entrega de los pedidos se realizará hasta 10 DÍAS hábiles después de expedido el pedido. El Cliente podrá devolver o cambiar su artículo en un plazo máximo de 14 días a partir de la fecha de entrega. Los artículos deberán encontrarse en perfecto estado, intactos, sellados y completos, en las mismas condiciones en que fueron recibidos. Deberá conservar también el ticket de compra.

No. Returns are only accepted with the product unused, in its original packaging and with the protections intact. Once used, the product is covered by the warranty instead of the returns policy.
If you notice damage to the packaging at the time of delivery, accept the order noting it as “pending inspection”. On receipt you must state on the delivery note that it is pending inspection. Dudeco will replace the product or any damaged part.
It depends on the reason. If the product arrived damaged, incomplete or incorrect, the exchange is free. If you simply change your mind or want a different colour or model, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
